      I'm not sure, but Companies House in Swansea might now have it on record.
      I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

        if anyone shareholder owns more than 30% dont they have to make an offer to buy the rest of the shares?

          I agree with Pete, I am pretty sure you would need 51% of shares to be the majority shareholder and make all the decisions, if you have, say 49% and the other 51% is split between 3 of 4 different groups of people, then in theory they could get together and overall the one person who owns 49%.

              QPR isnt listed on the SE anymore.

              Heres the link from the original takeover. It says that small shareholders still own 31%
