A win would put Marti in the box seat for January Manager of the Month. A loss would allow Sunderland and Oxford gaffers to maybe have a claim (if they win tomoz). This is assuming it's based on purely results. If sentiment/context comes into it maybe what Rowett has achieved in literally weeks in the post at Oxford might sway things a bit.

Potential banana.skin for us tomorrow, just hope we’re at it from the off, think we’ll start Frey up top tomorrow Wednesday have a bit of pace out wide but Bannon is the key everything they do well goes through him he always seems to play well against and hurts us we have be on him from the start. Would just love to keep the run going confidence is high . As long as Ashby not the team he’s been awful lately, onwards and upwards

Great news that it's a sell out. It's our first game in a while that's not been available on Sky Sports, which has probably contributed to that, alongside the upturn in form and recent high quality football displayed by us of course.
It could just be the topsy turvy nature of The Championship, but our win away at Hull on Tuesday looks even better in light of their result last night away at Sheffield utd.
Win this and we are very much in touch with play off's. Cmon u R'ssss

They do concede quite a bit and I believe a couple of their preferred defenders are injured - we really should be scoring a goal or two. Only question is: can we keep it tight at the other end?
There's also the fact we're zeroing in on "nosebleed territory" as play-offs hove into view. Do the players have the balls/confidence to crack on grinding out wins or do they freeze?
I'm going to go for a thumping home win in front of a rocking stadium. I think we can get 4 or 5 goals today.

We really need to be focusing on 3pts big time and not be afraid to be disappointed if we dont get them.
