I’ll hold hands up and say I feel he’s a bit lightweight but can’t knock his attitude felt he was always going to lose his place for chair. Given Dembele deal already sorted I would like us to keep koki as you could see what squad see in him last night with his goal and tbh even when we weee diabolical and he played lwb he still gave a decent effort I still think he needs a good pie and chips in him instead of sushi

          Excellent squad player.

He's pushed off the ball too easily and is defensively poor, for the same reason, but he brings something else to the team, not unlike Smyth, but maybe better offensively as i think he has a more accurate end product and is even more of a menace, like, a wasp that won't #### off.

His work rate and desire is maybe the best in the team, up there with Field, Dunne, Smyth, gonna put Lloyd in that bunch soon.

He injects pace and work ethic and is a tidy player. I agree, would look to sign him up. Maybe a bit lightweight but all players have their plus and minus points. Like saying some big lump doesn't have amazing close control and dribbling ability.

We will lose players in the summer and the more we can tie up now the better, those we want to keep anyway. Koki seems a no brainer if the finances work.

His style of dribbling takes him ludicrously close to his opponents. His close control is superb, he gets them off-balance and bursts past them tightly. When it comes off it's quite breathtaking but when it doesn't come off he looks like a little boy bouncing off them. Frankly, I'd take him as he is, I think he beats his man often enough and he's got far more vision and composure on the ball than most of our players. Maybe he could learn the dark art of falling over and screaming when he's touched though?
Currently I'd prefer his directness on the left over Chair's wandering/spluttering efforts there. I know Ilias is working his was back to 100% but right now Koki is more effective in my view.

That goal has been coming, he almost scored a wonder goal at home the other week. I like the way he always seem to be smiling, a refreshing change to the dour demeanor of most players.
