  • Fox and Colback

Do you think both will be released at end of season. Age and injury’s must be against them getting new contract would imagine Jack being one of the higher paid players .

We seem to be doing okay without them, so would I think both will go for younger and cheaper options

I think they can still offer us something but it'll come down to wages. If they're happy to accept a big drop in money and a 12-month deal I'd be content to keep them. I suspect they'll clear off to a find a similar or better deal elsewhere, but in an area that fits their family plans.
Thing is, we are still in a relegation dogfight with 25 games to go - the focus should be on getting the best out of them in coming 6 months, even if that is simply using their experience as subs to manage the last 15 mins of tight games.

Out of the 2 I'd give colback a year extension at the right price. Fox I'm afraid to say looks past it after his recent injury. He's been well off the pace so good to get him off the books.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Can't see us offering them new deals. We have to refresh squad every season. Agree with Sheep, younger and cheaper options, hopefully with resale value.
