Saksena is responsible for all business matters, providing funding etc, Paladini will oversee how this money is spent either by delegating the responsibility to manager or doing it himself.

Nowadays Managers go to chairman and say I want so and so or something similar. Chairman then tries to make this happen.

Worrying? Not sure what he has done to get a promotion????????
    thanks for clearing it up

Nope. Just my opinion. Reading between the lines, why else would you have separate chairman?

Saksena will not know how the running of a football works and that is where the 'expert' Gianni steps in.

Ishan is the main man on all things.

GP will be there day to day to sign things, go to every game etc etc. Will be at Harlington looking after the players and all that. e.g. say a player, lets pick German who is YTS, says can you sub me £50 to take my mum out till payday..he's the bloke that will do that. Lets face it, everyone that has met him says "what a nice bloke" etc etc He will be the "ambassador" face. A lot of sponsors, agents, scouts come through the c-club for instance...now Ishan, or Amit, aint going to meet and greet everyone from an oppositions chairman, to the sky sports directors, to santanders guests, to trevor brooking.

He is good at coming across well to people on a 1-2-1 level so, that is being utilised.

GPs new role is very very different from his old role.

          Good stuff
          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Any idea why we have 2 chairmen? Is the intention to only have Ishan next season?

Briatore was previously chairman of QPR Holding s or whatever the **** it was called then.
