Bobby became a cult hero and my memory is that he was useless for a long time, so the ironic song of my Bobby Zamora was born. He then started scoring. How about the new song oh Zan Celar….

I remember a game at Stoke where we gave Zamora dog's abuse. I recall we were in a bit of a slump, he wasnt looking interested and I think he'd done a TV interview and said he didnt watch football on telly as he didnt actually like football. You could say fans are fickle, but at that point he deserved getting an earful from paying fans I reckon.

Yep, I clearly remember singing "you're just a Chelsea reject" when he blasted an easy chance over the bar. How wrong we were. I don't think Celar will be able to rise to that standard though.

With BZ he was playing through an injury for a long time to try and help the team. You could tell he was struggling. A lot of players would have simply had the injury dealt with and had 'x' number of months out. We had some wrong 'uns in that period but he was not one of them.

I wish Celar was on song with his strike rate.

I like the optimism but he missed with the keeper laying down in the other corner I wouldn’t bet on him to score in a brothel

Well done Kev you certainly called it. Lottery no's for sat?!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Well hopefully the floodgates will now open. Will surely give his confidence a massive boost.

During 1st half I was thinking how forlorn and isolated he looked. Made me think how would Frey fare any better in these circumstances of being alone up front with no support? Then he pinged in that peach of a goal from a simple looped long throw...

I then noticed how much more zip he had about his work in 2nd half. He looked 6" taller and 6mph quicker. I actually thought his 2nd goal was more impressive cos he had time to think (ie time to dither and panic) but he kept cool and executed the perfect finish. I get the feeling if it was 0-0 and he didnt have 1st goal under his belt he'd have muffed that 2nd one but with confidence and belief in him he showed top class composure.

Hopefully, this is now lift-off for Zan and we'll start seeing the player we thought we signed.

Or even that time held classic:
                              Que Celar, Celar ...
