  • The end

Tomorrow we will lose and I fear relegation is almost a certainty. What little creativity we have is out long term . The team we have at best can battle to draws and have not been doing that. Sad to say and yes I think Marti's days are numbered. I think by Xmas we. Might be as many as ten points from safety.

Nothing's decided until May. Currently we are heading for the drop but there's bags of time to rectify that. Thus far it feels the club has slept walked through the opening 15 games, oblivious of the need to urgently shake things up. I'm hopeful that this will change in coming run of games. We don't have to tear up any trees or win 6 on the spin... just look to pick up 40ish points from next 31 games. I believe that's very do'able just with some simple tweaks and changes.

Agreed about being positive but the team have to give us more to be positive about. Let's re-appraise this time tomorrow and hope for a good performance.

Whilst I agree with the jist of your post it's about time the team actually gave the supporters something to shout about. Our fans have stuck with this team for a long time. Even ainsworth had an easy ride and that says a lot given the absolute tripe his team served up. Our fans always get behind the team but it's close to breaking point now. Another couple of losses and the atmosphere will turn not only on the team but on Nourry and Belk. They are the cause of this mess. Not the manager. We have the beat fans in the country in my opinion. But we aren't stupid.

Looking out my window it looks bleak , I don't feel great got a chest infection hanging around ..
But still wouldn't want to be anywhere else at 3pm today.....just want the team to give 100% and give us something to smile about , hope Frey is back.

The injury update issued by the club has already confirmed that Frey isn't back for a few more weeks. Only Walsh and Paal have returned from injury for this game.

Paal probably weakens us if back fit so not great news on the injury front
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

The manager has to change the tactics.
Remember when Warnock was in charge, he had that mantra, of 'Find a way' to win.
We are toothless, clueless and pointless just playing the ball around the back 4 and then after 5 passes launching it.
I cannot believe this how the manager wants us to play.
Go 442 and press the #### out of them when out of possession.
When in possession early crosses into the box.
Play Kolli and Saito on the wings.

Agree playing one up front sends a message straight from kick off. Even try 4-3-3 for 45 minutes. I mean wtf have we got to lose

I’d be happy if marti stuck Lloyd out wide or up front we need pace badly in this side far too static and no runners behind

whilst others think nothing decided until may we could be well adrift by feb need to put some shift in and up energy at home

If he's not playing Lloyd its got to be because he doesn't have the link up play that a solo forward needs. its a shame as i'd love to see him given a chance but that's the only thing I can think of.
