We'll have to find another £5-10k a week to go with that to bring in anything close to a goalscorer. I can't think of any player that might get sold for money to help out with the finances. Hopefully the owners will dip into their bank balances and sort out the FFP within the next two seasons.

Is only at draft stage but I notice latest EFL FSP proposals revolve around restricting expenditure on salaries to a maximum of 85% of revenue.... I'd imagine that would be a right kick in the goolies for us. Presumably the suits and lawyers will find loopholes and wrinkles to exploit though.

But, if that sort of framework is on the horizon, ALL clubs would have to be mindful of signing marquee players on long contracts and big salaries.

I feel we have decent amount of young 'uns. It becomes more obvious at away games I think - I remember being surprised at Burnley and Leeds how many there were, it seemed that about 25% of our support were lads in 16-25 age bracket, boisterous noisy rowdy bunch they are too! I do have to caveat this with the fact EVERYONE looks young to me nowadays and these kids might really be 40-something
