Points that stuck out for me...
- more beer options to be put in place
- beer to be sold at a discount (£5) for a limited time after doors are open to get punters in and spending at HQ not local bars
- more premium food to trialed
- will look into why you can't select a seat on away ticketing
- unlikely away bus prices will be reduced as the club are making a loss on this already
- executive boxes to be made available for remote working space and catering can be arranged
- marketing revenue up circa 2o% on last season but most partnership are not long term deals
- housing project at old oak common was discontinued a while back
- CR felt there were too many stadium development announcements were made hustoriclg before all parties were aligned. We have presented various options to H&F Council to redevelop HQ, discussions have been constructive, but as nothing has been finalised he would not discuss the matter in any detail
- we are at the mercy of the central TV contract for KO times and the club has no influence over them, but CR noted the number of 12.30 games we've had and seemed frustrated by it...but can't do anything about it
- repayment of our FFP fine is confidential with the FA and would not confirm how much is left
- FFP, or now P&S is being discussed and the current thinking seems to be that % of income for squad expenditure may be the way forward
- entering "trialist" on the team sheet is traditionally an English way of doing things so we don't advertise who we're looking at
- the club has decided not to offer a contract to "trialist B" who scored a few goals for us recently. No other information was provided.
- foreign users of Qpr+ stated that games are set from the KO times, and cant be played from the start mid-game. Also, something about the final score is always shown for the replays, which ruins the experience for fans watching it in different time zones who want to watch without knowing the final result.
- the new stadium used for Qpr women's team isn't a great experience and CR was shocked to hear that the players not in the team have to pay for entry to watch the team. CR wanted a chat with the guy who raised this after the forum ended
If anyone else watched it and have anything else to add please do so.
