"While Harford speaks regularly to Gianni Paladini, back in the role as football club chairman, it will be Inshan Sakesena who makes the ultimate decision about his future"

So while the spin doctors revel in a paper headlines, this puts it properly into prespective.

    Sorry if i'm missing something,

Is Gianni Paladini still sporting director ??
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

I thought the argument was that NOTW didn't have a clue what it was talking about so it doesn't matter what it says because it's all a load of rubbish. You've said yourself that The Sun (which owns the NOTW) isn't to be believed so why should this story be any different.

Sirpeichucker, just not liking the spin.

We've got a handful of fans who already feel justified in telling our new majority shareholders what to do and saying nothing has changed. Clearly they have.

I understand you don't like the spin. Neither do I. Until proven otherwise we should be backing the new owners 100%.

The problem is though is that one paper which is notorious for making stuff up and proven for not having a clue about QPR can't then be used to prove a point on a different matter. To me NOTW is a funny read with wild and amazing stories which should be taken with a pinch of salt and not thought as a paper which could be accurate on a different matter.

Time will tell who really is in control. I believe that as a club we will be able to attract good managers without Briatore and if we still can't do that then Friday's events were just spin.

All wrong I am afraid. The Detroit Spinners is the UK name for the American group The Spinners. They added the Detroit part over here as we already had a popular folk group over here called The Spinners.

The US Spinners started in the 50's although all their big hits, such as Could It be I'm Falling In Love, were recorded in the 1970's. The Detroit Emeralds are a totally different long gone group, again most popular in the 1970's with hits such as Feel The Need.

No need to Google, not sad just a music fan.
