Leicester moved their last accounting year in the 3yr FFP cycle to after the end of their last season in the EPL. So, those last accounts fell outside of the 3yr cycle and the EPL could not enforce a breach of the £105m losses over 3yrs. By their accountancy date, Yr3 they were in the championship!! They have now avoided a points deduction having returned to the EPL.
