Colback and field never got close to making a challenge you also have to close down from the front tbh no good pointing the finger at Celar as smyth and kolli were hopeless but to press you can’t defend as deep as we did collectively it was diabolical

thought Lloyd tried his best at least had a go

Anderson probably our best player but didn’t have much to beat

no surprise we were weak where most fans know we’re weak looks like board got options coming in the lad dembele can play if any of us know anything re Japanese lad as all I know is he will probably eat sushi

can’t see us getting much at Sheffield going to be a tough month

Agree with most said full back big problem Dunne not the answer as permanent RB Paal really weak players going past him far too easy for both 2nd & 3rd along with Lloyd on 3rd who looks a bit lazy at times very weak challenges but with 3 big Cb's should we really be conceding 2 close range headers, toothless up front again so nothing changed there since last season. Celar not really involved in the game too much maybe needs a bit more time to Gel with he team, Very little creativity in the team thought their midfield far superior to ours out fought, out run, moved the ball much quicker thought Field looked well out of the game agree LLoyd & Kolli look they might only be bit players cant blame keeper really only remember him having to make 1 save and not much chance with the 3 goals, think it will still be a long tough season looking for improvement with mid table security don't think we can expect much more than that

Field and Colback sat far too deep , just in front of back four , allowing West brom to dictate the game .
To me that is Marti's biggest fault , he is more concerned about conceding goals than trying to go at teams and dominate games .
I am hoping yesterday was a one off because he knew we needed more up front , so told Field and Colback to sit back and keep it tight , hoping to nick a draw. That didn't go well.
Agree with others , Dunne isn't the answer at right back and Paal looks like he's ready to leave.
