November, I bloody hope not, I think early October at the latest
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I’ll be honest it’s more complicated than just your bog standard bruise as it effects spinal cord minor injuries are weeks to recover and severe can be long term and leave long term damage given he will be given regular scans if he’s not training now running etc he won’t be back mid October I’d assume he’s on hydro for fitness

        This is what I read.

"How long does a bone bruise last?
Bone bruises can take a while to heal. Most bone bruises last a few weeks. More severe bruises can take months (or longer) to heal completely. How long a bone bruise lasts depends on which type it is, which bone it’s in and if you experienced any other injuries at the same time"

Bone bruises happen when something damages your bone and causes bleeding in or around it. They’re less severe than bone fractures, but are still serious.

How and when did the lad get this injury?

I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

I might be wrong but from memory I think he did in pre season in Spain

it’s one of them regardless of age or fitness just heals itself over time

I love the way the club is being run now but would it kill them to issue an update on injuries every now and again. Morgan Fox is another one that we have no idea about.

I quite like the way clubs going about business bit alien to how we’ve been run Pre Marti and nourry it was GA preferred to be upfront but didn’t really do much to enhance or help

I think may get updates after international break

I remember watching Ian Gillard play most of a second half with a broken rib. We'd already used our ONE sub (or maybe two, can't remember rules back then). Should send Gilly into our treatment room to give the big girl's blouse a dressing down! The warm weather training was months ago, presume he was hit by a bus or something cos its some bruise indeed.

Gillard was as hard as nails and a great full back.

Think you can use big girls blouse to 99.9% of football players now. He should recover quicker than most as he’ll have access to hydro pools the lot

And loved Ian Gillard legend still think him and Gerry should have stand named after them Def Gerry

Does anyone know if he's (Chair, not Gillard) been showing up at training for light work or anything? The club isn't gonna tell us anything so hoping we can deduce for ourselves.

I never get why the club won't give the fans updates on players injuries.
How hard is it to put on the official website where chair is in his recovery.
