You worry to much. Paladini is ridiculed because he is totally incompotent, not because he is Italian. I don't see Learner at Villa getting any abuse, but I guess he runs a good ship.

Well, Mittal is not "the richest person in the world". And so far, their financial input has been miniscule relative to their wealth. But if they are going to trust Paladini to spend any money they will be making a huge mistake.

I think with the "new" regime, same as with the next Manager, we have to give it time to see how things pan out. We have all been crying out for stability, but I bet some will change their tune if things don't work overnight.
Me, I'm all for a new start and gradual progress if necessary, so long as progress is made.
And if anybody isn't doing their job well, after a reasonable amount of time, they should be replaced.

I'm over the moon the mittals have bought flavs shares but what has gp done to earn a promotion?? I suspect it's only a short term measure and he'll be off in the summer.
