Today was just win, any win would do, thankfully the ugly win was enough. Preston were either on the beach or plainly useless, however we had to sweat to the bitter end, their keeper was shocking gifting us the goal and making a pigs foot of everything else.
The whole team put in the effort but Paal and especially Andersan were poor.
Dykes scored so will leave him alone JCS, Field, Willock and Colback were top class , and Dunne left everything on the pitch.
Fantastic support from the crowd and hopefully relagation can be put to bed.

I thought Anderson did ok agree on Paal though he’s bloody awful

Dunne cook and jcs superb along with colback and field and Willock solid

chair had a better game than late and maybe as others have said his fasting may of contributed to poor games

we all know we need to strengthen and happy to let mc and board get on with it the fans also been superb since mc turned up

I thought JCS was immense he got head , foot , leg , chest in front of everything , the bloke reads the danger and snuffs it out .
Good 1st half from dykes , the best of seen from willock in a while .
Sam field as brave as ever ....
We got over the line but should of taken some of our numerous chances ..... Onwards to Friday.

A bit more composure in our play and this win would have been somewhat easier to get , but kudos to everyone involved today. The heavily criticized Dykes is one of them who deserves a special mention actually. His winner was a goal poacher`s goal. Probably his last at this club I think.
