Dismal performance so typical of Rangers, 1 win probably meant safety,now back in the mix,

Cannot explain today, it was watching a Ainsworth team at its worse, Armstrong is not a striker and at times barely a footballer, however he was not alone. The whole team were to blame, clueless punts forwards etc etc, put it down to one of those days where everything went #### up.
Tuesday now another massive game, life is never easy supporting Rangers .

Quite frankly, and I know this may sound a bit harsh to some, but I am quietly looking forward to the day when none of the players on our team sheet grace our beloved club's squad.

Quite astonishing we've given them SIX points in two unacceptably meek and duff performances on Marti's watch. Still, might give us a kick up the backside for Plymouth on Tuesday or else it's gonna be a very long and stressful April.

First half felt as though we'd gone with a policy of containment - no urgency or pressing - and we never looked like scoring 2nd half. The number of games in which the strikers don't score is alarming. I don't understand playing Armstrong upfront on his own if when he runs onto a long ball we have zero players up in support

So frustrating when Wednesday are a poor side not to have got a single point off them this season

Was a very poor watch wasn't it. Best man on the pitch was the ref.

Willock had a fair bit of fight after the first goal and felt like he was gonna pull something out the bag, other than that I thought nobody showed any quality.

Chairs worst game for ages, doing everything i hate about his game. Sinclair does not have it, he's useful as an impact sub to run about and look scary and that's about it. No idea what Dykes did after he came on aprt from get a card. Their goal was lucky, their second was a tap in really from a break like that, but lets be honest it was overall one of the worst gales we've seen in the last 2 seasons, even if we'd drawn, which would have been a fairer result given the performance of both teams.

Onwards to Plymouth.

Don't know how Anderson and willock weren't subbed off early .
Team set up all wrong , however much we want him to succeed Armstrong isn't good enough to start .
He gets onto long balls , has the speed and power but lacks finesse , skill and the savvy to play the right pass.
Plus no one can catch him up from our midfield so he enevetably loses the ball.
How this team lacks a decent centre forward is alarming.
Frey ,dykes , Armstrong... Take your pick I wouldn't have any of them in my Sunday side .

I agree on everything you said, other than Andersen, who was ok to be fair, the only player in attack that tried anything substantial. Willock was missing until they scored then he stepped up finally.

Very poor tactics from Marti today. Get the ball, hoof it down the pitch to clueless Armstrong, hope he turns the burners on to get past the centre back and score. Must’ve been a short team talk because that’s all they seemed to try and do for 90 odd minutes.

The flaws in Marti’s plan - Armstrong was clearly carrying an injury (or two) and couldn’t fire up the burners. Armstrong couldn’t stay on his feet and was battered all game long by a player smaller than him. He needs to learn to man up and stay on his feet - the ref certainly wasn’t gonna help him out.

Marti just kept ploughing away hoping it would all work out and should’ve changed tactics at half time. He brought Dykes on too late with little or no effect - he was like a lost soul out there. The final Hail Mary of bringing Uncle Albert on just summed the afternoon up really.

Not sure I would give Marti much blame; Why can't our players realize how important a win in a match like this is? Just my opinion...
