At 18 and on probably no more than 1-2k a week, would rather have him in our squad than that mate of yours Richards who was nowhere to be seen again and hiding behind mental health issues. I know people who are on £500 a week and don’t get paid if they are off sick, so how does that #### still get paid his 18k a week salary. Taking the #### out of us fans that is.

Tbh it's not his fault that he enjoys a jolly with Richards. I used to hangout with zesh Rehman so on that logic I deserve the firing squad. You can't choose your mates unfortunately but agree both aren't footballers and robbed a living from it

I get what you are saying but the point I am making is the double standards in digging out Kolli who clearly cares about the club and fans, yet nothing is said about Richards. Plus more importantly has more goal contributions in half the games for us despite being on about 8 times less and being over 4 years younger. And in his opinion “won a raffle to get a contract with us”. If winning a raffle gets this sort of quality of young player then I suggest shutting down the training ground and hiring out a church hall instead. To be fair if I won a raffle even at 50 years old I would make more goal contributions than Richards in 20 games and I am a centre back.

Was actually at the game as in the UK from NYC to see family as Koli signaled to the crowd and clearly cared. Great cross too the back post too, or into a danger zone that resulted in a goal, we lost our way when he came off.

How many games has he played for Development Squad this season. I reckon one appearance. Richards played in that match for 65 minutes.

I get what you are saying but the point I am making is the double standards in digging out Kolli who clearly cares about the club and fans, yet nothing is said about Richards. Plus more importantly has more goal contributions in half the games for us despite being on about 8 times less and being over 4 years younger. it comes to something when Paul smith been our best player .

Going back to kolli as this is a thread about him I appreciate you have to grab straws and try hold onto something as we are awful in every way atm and everything looks doom and gloom so I appreciate the first fresh name in the squad you will get excited .

He also gets into much better goal scoring positions than all of them, he should have scored his chance against Southampton away and one home game (can't remember against who), he is also better in the air than both Armstrong and Kelman too. I would say that maybe he does need a loan to help with his development but I think it is crazy to write him off at 18 years old. Armstrong also needs a loan and Kelman needs a permanent move. I tell you someone who was awful until he was 23 years old and that was Les Ferdinand, so I am not writing Kolli off for a while yet.

my opinion is his rubbish and has no future at qpr we don’t have time to give him a chance and hope he comes good .
I watch a lot of football of every team I can and youth teams and I like to think I have an eye for a young player and my opinion is he hasn’t got it at championship level Unless he becomes the 2nd Les Ferdinand in 30 odd years as you talk about .

He seems to be a very promising player. Quick on the turn with the ball and can pick a pass.

Ferdinand is just one example, there are plenty of examples of players we let go that came good too.

I do respect your opinion too and one of us will be proven right in years to come. I am staying optimistic with him. I remember when we signed Eze from Millwall and I asked a Millwall fan I played football with what he was like, he said he was shocking and that we will release him in a few years time and he will end up in the non league.

Watched the youth teams for the past 10 years. Not since Chair and Eze, who were standouts, have we had a player with the natural talent of Kolli. Great touch and technique, and a marker of potential. Able to cope physically. Fully expecting him to be able to step up to the level. He’s had a grand total of 189 minutes which is just over two full games of football, including his 45 mins at the weekend, where he finally got a bit of a chance to show what he’s about, rather than banging it long to him under GA for the last 5 minutes. Lots more to come.
