Is okay Marti having a plan, a methodology, a vision but it has to be realistic.
We have a finite and limited budget - we can only attract players of a certain calibre.
Marti's tactics need to take that into account... He can't expect champagne football from brown ale players.
I reckon he'll get the balance right - he's done well giving all the squad a run out so I think he's well placed to make a sound judgement about what's available to him.

I can say Marti made my life happier and eased my blood pressure off. Playing under GA was like knowing you are getting to loose every week without trying just destructive. Now i look forward to every game seeing us playing positive, and on a good day we can beat any one in this division.

        Neil Warnock in February.

Four home games January. Without 10 points, reckon Board will panic, fire him.

Players starting to down tools in my view. They did it to Critchley, did it to Ainsworth. Millwall made five substitutions, we made three.

You can't keep changing manager ! Yes i wanted Ainsworth gone because he was useless and i knew that before we hired him . I do agree Marti has pissed me off with his stupid squad rotation and his promise of wanting to win every game then being negative with his selections and sitting back in games. Even the games we won against Stoke and Preston we started off very negatively but maybe it's because he does'nt believe we have good enough players ? I don't know but he needs to learn quickly.
Let him get his own players in early in January and see what happens . This group of players we have are spineless , we have no grit in the team , a couple of losses and their heads go down . We probably only have about 8 players in the whole squad that are Championship standard and a lot of the rest are lower league 2 or non league level .
The reason the club is in such a mess and has been on a downward spiral is mismanagement and poor decisions at board level and now we are suffering as a result .
The Appointment of Les Ferdinand and all his cronies and coaching staff has been disasterous , some of the player signings have been a joke and the academy players seem to be non league standard at best.

I stick to my view that under GA if we'd got relegated he had no idea to get us up and there are still 3 worse sides than is in this league

My concern is if wis sign fresh faces deadline day we could be too far adrift by then with all games at hq in Jan and we're shite there

A early cf signing is a must we need goals badly midfield is pi££ poor nothing comes from there no goal threat from field or dozy colback chipped in but we need more from it i think defence can wait til summer

MC job made harder by poor results v Plymouth weds away now ipswich to follow we need to sort out the ability to score as we can keep clean sheets but offer sod all in final 3rd

We cannot pay Marti off...... we've probsbly done the best part of £1m getting rid of NC & GA. It will be another £500k to get rid of MC and Warnock would want big money. If he kept us up hed want a big bonus that would cripple us for next season.

We've made our bed and what will be will be......

I genuinely believe the Board will do everything it can to bring in the players we need. Clark-Harris is a must even if hes nit quite chsmpionship standard, he might do it, but will be great for a L1 challenge next season. Ssme goes for Cole at Barnsley.

Build to bounce straight back from L1 and hope to stay up.

What a waste of money changing managers has been. Some talking of midtable, or even the play offs after those three wins!!

Agree that under GA we would been done by now but who are the 3 worst teams if we aren't one? We've played pretty much everyone and evey team we play fancies their chances against us. They know we can't score. They know that keeping chair quiet stops qpr from doing anyone of note. They know that as soon you put dumb or crapay under pressure they sh1t their pants. It's not hard to figure out how to beat us and now we have a coach who got off to a good start who now thinks he's cleverer than all the other coaches.

Id say with fresh faces Rotherham Sheffield weds and either us brum wall Plymouth now manager gone will be other one trouble is at present even Rotherham have better strike force than us, but like you say mark chair were fu cked as nobody else can create

There's too many in this squad that are not good enough for L1 either

Any player who is "disinterested" is certainly not doing themselves any favours because no manager who is compos mentis would touch them with a barge pole. If you want 'OUT' then p.e.r.f.o.r.m.

You cant blame Marti for the mess hes inherited, this is poor decisions in the past coming back to haunt us now.

We have 22 games to turn this around, and we need at least 30 points.

Got to keep him. needs the tools to do the job, which he doesn't have that's why it would be remarkable if he keeps us up without investment
