The clubs ideas on the player signings need to align with this style of play. We need players comfortbale on the ball. JCS in hidnsight was a very good signing, as long as he stays fit. This window a loanee box to box midfielder and a loanee striker would be perfect. Personally i'd love to see Tim back in midfield, he'll be up to speed quickly and we know what he brings. Upfront, anyone really, as long as they aren't a lump, they need to be comfortable in possession and quick.

Ings won't happen that's just too unrealistic for our budget but Tim would be a very sensible signing as to where we're currently atI played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

lots of chat from Chair this week - how much he loves the club - how he owes the club - basically setting himself up for when the club try to sell him in January!
hopefully he won't go but along with field he is our only realistic sellable asset at this stage - Willock would still be considered too much of a risk injury wise for most clubs.
I think we need a replacement for Dozzell and another striker or 2!

I think we will lose willock up north his brothers up the road don't think we will get much for him he's done well under MC and his mojo back he's decent
It's the dross left we struggle to move on kakay kelman need to move on
Think the rebuild will be next window with out of contract players go barely any worth holding onto
as for incoming I reckon we might do 3 loans max if we sell a couple with views to permanent

I think Field, Armstrong, Dozzell are the only ones worth holding onto, the rest I think will be gone.
Willock to Sunderland, hmmm, pre MC i'd have said lets do it, but he's one of our only real goal threats, so he'd need to be replaced, or formation adjusted. Richards can't fill that void.

I genuinely can't remember.... Did Willock play much or do much under Beale? In my head, Willock has spent 80% of past 18 months in the wilderness. Therefore, I'm unclear if there'd be much appetite for the move from Beale or Willock.
Even if I'm wrong, I'd imagine a hard-headed DOF or CEO up there would think "hang on, this guy's a bit flaky and is prone to crying off injured for weeks/months on end".
Overall I don't think there'd be too much interest in Willock at this juncture - reckon he needs to show a run of fitness and form to alleviate possible questions about his appearance record over past season or so.
