I hope that title doesn't sound like it came from a marketing man, because I really don't like them.
However I think that understanding them is important. In QPR we have a special club (maybe they would refer to it as the product) . Our fan base is large and widespread and we have a proud history. But over the years poor management has seen us drift endlessly.
Most of our posts deal (quite understandably) with small issues, while the major concerns of dealing with making the best of our "product" which can only be dealt with at an elite level, seem to be ignored.. The post I read today from middlesexsr , regarding Wealdstone FC building a new stadium in Hillingdon, made me envy their enterprise, whilst all of our energies seem spent on survival (important of course but only within the context of a wider picture) If anyone has such a wider picture!!!!
