My opinion, Gareth is nice guy. Worked for him at Wycombe. With us, needed to be more ruthless last summer. Giving contracts to Kelman, Dixon-Bonner, McKenna, Pedder , Drewe, Kargbo, Gubbins big mistake. We should have released them giving space for few signings.

Hopefully, Marti will be ruthless cutting dead wood.
