Only reason i would like to have him back is that some weird reason i would love to see his interview saying why he came back and talking about unfinished business and of course, would he be at all humble

Maybe he wants to make up for the treatment he gave the R's. He will be good for the players we have. Maybe we will start getting some points on the board with him in charge. Going back some years, Sexton left us when we were doing so well to join a much bigger club; Venebles left us when we were doing well to join a very big club. It is true that Beale left too early after joining us, however, I will consider giving him a second chance, especially in our current situation ... with a good release clause in the contract.

Off course he will leave again for a bigger club it’s how life works .

No one can begrudge him moving to rangers it’s a massive club

he just went the wrong way about it unprofessionally.

Imagine he turned it down and 2 month later we had lost 8 on the spin and he got sacked he might not of had that opportunity to manage rangers again .

No qpr manager would ever turn down the chance to manage rangers

as I said he went the wrong way about it
he went from a assistant earning 3k a week to manager at qpr (guess earning 12k a week )
to rangers manager earning 50k a week (this is true btw from the payout he got for being sacked )

I would do the same as him but wouldn’t have left the way he did .

If he'd shut his mouth and never gone on about loyalty no one could really moan about him going .
But he didn't so he can F.O

I wouldn't want him back, he was promising things to player and asking them for loyalty no one would believe him now.

i know the job was one he wanted but I think he deserve to give us more time as we had given him the chance and he's wasn't really ready for the step up.

Only time will tell what level he will get back in at and whether it will be successful.

After two days thinking about it, ive come to conclusion if Eustace or Beale want the job we should def look at it. Re beale only if a 5m compensation clause is in place. But at end of day think Eustace would be my go to manager right now. 1 or 3 Holloway and Ainsworth and Bircham should be at the club doing a get players positive and up for it role imo..and yes aware manager should do that but still believe there enough space for more when it comes to building a winning mentality.

Irrespective of his complete lack of integrity and loyalty, why would we ignore the fact that he failed badly at Glasgow rangers? He actually managed to take them backwards in the space of about 10 months and two windows. He's a busted flush, another in a long line of feted "Number 2s" who can't actually cut it as the boss.
He should give up managing/coaching and become an agent - he's far more suited to that craven and questionable "profession" where bull shine and selfishness are key ingredients.

Lets be honest chances of him coming back are miniscule if for no other reason than comments made by people like Amit and Dykes after he left.

If we want someone that showed an ability to make us play well at times why not Warburton if Beale is considered? His last half season was dire and in my view right decision to get rid to freshen things up but did a decent job overall over a three year period. Beale showed it over 2-3 months and has struggled since.

You're not wrong, but he had us top of the league and playing exceptionally well, with a squad very similar to what we have now, if not worse in some areas. Failed number 2? His next gig will prove that.

Wonder if he's keen to come back now Les has gone?

                        I would 100% take Beale back…

Like many of us, I so want Ainsworth to work, BUT the stats are now really stacking up against him.

Beale took this bunch to the top of the table.

This "top of the league" thing irks me. I don't think his record was anything special: look at his results, they're okay but look at the sequences and opposition - nothing that stands out. Maybe a couple of excellent results but there are just as many really duff results (even before the wheels fell off at the end). After a month-long purple patch we went top in a relatively early iteration of the table following our win against a derisory 10-man Cardiff outfit. That turned out to be as good as it got really.

                          Blackburn away LOST 1-0
                          Boro Home WON 3-2
Charlton away League Cup LOST on pens
                          Sunderland away DRAW 2-2
                          Blackpool Home LOST 0-1
                          Rotherham Home DRAW 1-1
                          Watford away WON 2-3
                          Hull Home WON 3-1
                          Swansea away LOST 1-0
                          Millwall away WON 0-2
                          Stoke home DRAW 0-0
                          Bristol C away WON 1-2
                          Sheffield U away WON 0-1
                          Reading home WON 2-1
                          Luton away LOST 3-1
                          Cardiff home WON 3-0
                          Wigan home WON 2-1
                          Birmingham away LOST 2-0
                          Norwich away DRAW 0-0
                          WBA home LOST 0-1
                          Huddersfield home LOST 1-2
                          Coventry away LOST 2-0

Ultimately, he wasn't here long enough to make a definitive judgement but I think people are over-reaching somewhat if they try to suggest we had a gem. With home defeats against very mediocre teams like Huddersfield and Blackpool plus home draws with Rotherham and Stoke you could argue that the seeds of our current diabolical home record were sown on Beale's watch.

Not wrong but for me it was the manner in which we were playing when things were working. We played excellent football, yes it fell apart at times but ultimately all the signs were there.

After reading other posts I've changed my mind. I'd have him back, let's not kid ourselves a manager of his calibre should be given the red carpet treatment. He massively let us down but it still doesn't change the fact he would massively improve us and more importantly take us out of relegation, having pride is a foolish man's burden
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Fair point but bulk of games lost were to far more physical sides

Brum dieng had a complete sh!tter

Personally I don't want him back but credit to him we played far better football under him than GA and if he had better funds for a cf and couple maybe ?
