Interesting to know fellow R’s story’s how they started supporting Qpr
i was born and bread in Shepherd’s Bush
my dad and grandad was qpr so was drummed into at a young age my first experience I can remember going was when we beat West Ham at home believe it was 3-0 but we was already relegated (I could be wrong ) was West Ham or Everton we beat . Around 1995/6 maybe
I got the bug and hate we are #### but it’s my ####
Born and grew up in Essex, but my mum & dad grew up just off Baker Street, Dad was a QPR fan. First game Ipswich away in 1978/9. Went to school with so many West ham, Chelsea, or Tottenham fans, only one other kid in the entire school supported QPR, he was staggered to see me wearing the scarf in the playground one day and from then on we always had a connection and a nod whenever passing each other.
Like so many of you, this club has given me some amazing highs and more than my fair share of lows, but I just don't feel anywhere near as much happiness or pain watching any other team, or any other sport compared to watching us play. That I suspect will never change, though at times like these I wish it didn't mean quite so much!
My old supported them he lived in Elstree. He didn't want to be a ### or an #### hole like his mates so went west.
the way things are now he wish he had he stayed home
