Think it would depend on options. If you guaranteed we'd hire Warnock then I would sack Ainsworth, but I don't trust this board to make the right decision. Far more likely to hire Beale back or a similar appointment to Hasselbank again.

Also think Ainsworth has been unlucky

Warnock is not better than Gary really, same type of manager, we'd get afew bounce wins then with this squad we'd flop.

To get the best out of this squad, right now, today, we need someone with the ability to bring the best out of Willock, Chair, Field and Armstrong, key players that can get the ball doing things up the opposite end of the pitch. Someone with some tactical sense and the ability to work with what he has. We don't need another cheerleader, I think GA is as good a cheerleader as any out there.

Dunno but just decided I don't like saying Gareth.

Maybe it's because Gary's are dying off https://www.independent.co.uk/news/u...-10096168.html

Can't see us getting a result Blackburn not set the world alight but they score goals and we don't. With field and possibly Colback missing i don't see enough quality in this squad with them playing either. Duke McKenna probably will start has to drop Kakay even if its for Larkeche at RB dozzell comes back in. unless a CF start to fire us up the table which is unlikely going to be another glum HQ on Saturday

Id hope there's a fee agent CF we can convince to come after international break

Mark Robins just said they're the best team they've played this season. Bodes well.

I do feel with this team and work ethic we are capable of surprise results, performances no.

Gary can do just enough to keep us going but he's got to get the run of the green soon. We've been losing and drawing by nearly nothing, our performances have been bang average but several of our last 5 games could've gone either way.

I stand by what I said last year that going down might be what the club needs. No guarantee of success coming back up and could be a financial disaster, but I don't see us climbing out of the bottom half anytime soon.

We all know Gary is not the long term solution. There are seemingly no long term solutions in management these days. But if surviving the Championship on budget is the current plan, i see no better choice.

A bit on a side note: I thought Dobson would be a better assistant than he appears to be so far. I`m hinting at this because they were regarded unit at Wycombe from what I have read. More to the point, I we lose today I think they will be sacked.

                            Hi Shania

Do you think the board has a ready replacement in mind or do you think that if they pull the trigger they will appoint a pro tem?

Wenger does not need the money and apparently has a soft spot for this club- friend of TF

50% (26) people voted yes. Has GA and his family got 25 accounts for this board. Yea he has been very unlucky and just needs more time. Clearly the players aren’t following his tactics. Maybe it’s time for a sensible conversation about who might be a good replacement.
