The problem Beale has is he is in a two horse race and he is riding a donkey in comparison. For him to be viewed as a success he needs to overachieve and beat Celtic. That is what would give him credibility. Still early days but he has not looked like doing that yet. Anything less will be viewed as a failure regardless of Celtic's comparative strength.

Also agree his exit from us cast him in a very bad light and clubs will be wary of him as if he does well he will be off quickly.

He is the kind of guy who comes with a whole lot of hype. Whilst he started well for us we still don't really know if there is anything much beneath the hype. Have been plenty of great coaches who have gone on to be poor managers.

      Paul Clement being one.

Hyped as the next best thing due to the big clubs where he was a coached, but couldnt cut it on his own.

What’s Clement up to these days? He was Carlo’s wingman at Real & Bayern getting lots of hype. Didn’t happen for him at Swansea if I recall…

Nothing since Feb21 when he left Cercle Brugge with a 28% win ratio!

Both included personal digs at KA.

I have already informed both of you that posts that included personal insults will be deleted. I shouldnt need to explain what was personal. I have answered your question here so will delete the new thread you have created. If you cannot post here without insulting a fellow poster then find another MB to post on.

The post in question is as follows

                Kingaustin
"I would have him back . He had us playing the best football I’ve seen in years . We was ripping teams apart .. fluid attacking football
we went on a bad patch when his head got turned by wolves and had a meeting with them
. I do honestly believe if he stayed we would have gone up last season ."

                i demand a stewards enquiry

If I'm being honest, I don't care what he does or who with, he's no longer anything to do with QPR, he chose his path, walk it.

He'll be gone after international break lose games early in season in jockland leagues over before it begins for either celtic or Gers.

Grass ain't always greener and he's about to find that out don't look to good on a cv walked out in the manner he did on us either.

Clubs are defo gonna think twice before offering him a position, or even think about it.

I personally dont think they are…

He is a brilliant manager and coach, as much as it hurts me to say so.

I think he’ll walk into a job, and GR would be mad to sack him.

Ive got a bit more understanding about the Beale situation with us now; he was apparently promised a LOT more from us.

Agreed .. I think this was the case but still no loyalty shown .

Maybe he was promised more but after the I'm a man of loyalty integrity honesty convinced players to join he fk Ed off before maybe we could strengthen

He's obviously a man that has ambitions no problem with it but looks like hes not got what it takes to win a two horse race. He'd of been far more respected to of stuck around a season and then left so far he's proved he's a respected coach and a manager with a bang average record up north and did a ok job with us

Left us after four loses and a draw from five games.

This was form that NC couldnt get us out of and GA just managed to keep us up. MB knew he was no mircle worker when the injuries hit and did a runner. He's a gutless #### and I wish him every misfortune in his managerial career.
