He is, it's Dykes, Richards, Uncle, Dozzell, JCS, Willock in that order I believe.

"No positives" shows such a huge amount of disrespect for a guy doing his very best in the sh1t position hes been asked to work in. Some gratitude wouldnt do a miss for taking on this sh1tty stick.

But this need for instant success is the way of the modern world I guess.

Many here are blind and selectively deaf to our situation.

My point here is that we have 5 players above, 4 of which, for differing reasons, can't get in the starting 11 and 1 which does but really shouldn't and between them they're earning £3 Million a year. This is a big factor in why we can't afford the new players that we need.

          The clocks ticking with everything!

No centre backs - were supposed to be getting 1 or 2 in last week
          No DOF
No sign of the owners or Amit
No sign of Ainsworth getting the boot
          No sales
          No speculation even

          Very worrying and depressing

I suspect any sales will happen in the last week of the window. Due to Board incompetence we are brassic in the last year of the current FFP cycle. Other clubs will know our situation and we will get low offers for our players with little or no bidding wars from multiple clubs.

We sold Manning for £250k in Jan, so would we be suprised to see Willock going for £500k...?

Burnley and Rangers are rumoured to be after Field - perhaps £3m if both clubs go at it.

There havent been any rumours on Chair.

There doesnt seem much movement in the premier league. Perhaps Spurs would buy Eze if they sell Kane to Munich?

I get that but not to even bring in a centre back when we’re absolute desperate is appalling particularly when Ainsworth said we were close to bringing in 1 or 2 before Watford.

Same team v Cardiff on Saturday and zero points and probably 3 or 4 conceded which will hammer confidence, reduce ticket sales going forward and knives will be out in even more force for Ainsworth and the board etc

              They need to do something!!

But perhaps the finances are worse than worse? Do we owe money to the milkman?

There really was nothing in my post about wanting "instant success". I just want to see a bit of decent football every now and then, the odd goal and not feeling gutted every week.

I'm going on the facts and the football being served up over months, how the team is working or not, the tactics or lack of them, the player choices, the list goes on. That said, I'm happy to be proven wrong (honest!), please do list the positives I've missed and reasons I should be respecting him.

I have now come to the point where I will trust him when he says , "we will survive this, it will function". I knows it sounds a bit naive, but what else can I do?

It is all doom and gloom and no wonder when everyone watches eleven players only just going through the motions and a manager who has achieved zero. So sad we write this stuff but no football fan wants a relegation battle with one game played. And make no mistake that’s where we are.

So true, and this reply comes from a fan who wouldn't really have GA here in the first place, but I guess we have to see what happens towards the end of the transfer window - That`s when the domino effect really kicks in, mind.

                          - Last season was a mess but GA managed to keep us up
                          - GA has got rid of many players that didnt want to play for us and only Willock to exit
                          - He is building a team that will fight and wants to play fir him and the team. Begovic, Cook, Colback ans Dykes is a decent spine
                          - He has been in professional football for 31 years and will adapt to a style sppropriate to the quality of his players
                          - He would have kept WW in the chsmpionship if it wasnt for crooked Derby/FA
                          - Hes a positive person and is prepared to manage us on next to zero budget

Hes had some crucial injuries and had to give a CB his debut last Saturday and we will get better when Fox is up to speed and Cook/Colback in the team.

There is still some wheeling and dealing left to do if Willock goes and perhaps Field. Still another three weeks left of the transfer window so some patience is needed as we try to sort out this squad.

Ha ha, fairplay and very funny. You had me going there for a while and I bit, respect. That's actually a very clever and funny post. We will need our sense of humours this season.

Afraid it’s time to ask the question again. I’ve never jumped on the bandwagon of calling for managers to go before they have had a decent chance. And I started thinking I was wrong after Cardiff. But, honestly we are terrible and I dread making the journey to Loftus Road atm. This just can’t continue. The stats don’t lie and there’s a rot in the team, every other team know we are there for the taking.. GA had his chance, we have 8 points out of 9 games continuing the awful form from last season. To continue like this is the definition of madness.
