I know I played to an average amatuer standard, but sometimes its better to run off these minor strains not head for the treatment table.
He did try to run it off sadly the bath he was running proved too much

If Richards hasn't managed at least 15 games before Christmas then get rid. Gave a 3 year deal to a lad who is never available to play. Was one thing or the other last season. If he's fit then he plays. Thing is, is he suited to what we need and does he have the right mentality to be a professional footballer? He's not done a thing in his career and he's not a kid anymore. He turns 23 this year. It's make or break for him.

It's make or break haha young don I see what you did there squire
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

With money so tight, why are we wasting money on him? Surely we can terminate his contract on health grounds as he is never fit to work?

                3. total number of minutes played over the season! - 1350.

talking of availability- anyone remember Jimmy Dickinson- Pompey. those were the days before someone invented [thigh and neck strains' and heeding as saturated ball was like heading a cannon ball.

Yes he played. Let's hope he continues to stay fit and be available. I've given up on Glass Salter. Guy is unreal. The one position you need to be durable and be a physical presence. He is neither. Rather bin him off. We need 2 new cbs anyway. If it's gubbins and dunne with kakay or drewe at rb for the first match v Watford, I will be seriously effed off.

Was JCS a sick note prior to last season tho? I think he may get thru this.
