I think this is a good move. Despite owning QPR for more than a decade, our owners are football novices and I am glad they do not do such a recruitment themselves, or just by the help of Hoos. Some have suggested we do not need a DOF. They signal enormous belief in the owners footballing competence, something I would strongly recommend against. We are obviously in dire need of a very good DOF. It is the singel most important recruitment.
