Les Ferdinand and Chris Ramsey gone?

Les has tried to do right, by the club, the fans, the board, and yeah probably his mates.

But fundamentally he has failed.

I would love to know the real truth behind Warbs and Beale, rather than reading between the lines. I'm sure there's more to both situations. But ultimately they aren't here and he is. He is the constant and we arguably are now worse off than when he started as a club, and certainly in a bigger pickle league position wise.

Chris Ramsays job is to get youth through our ranks he hasnt done so

not signing an option striker since we signed Lyndon Dykes to egg Dykes on or compete for his spot and he had an awful lot of transfer windows to address this

agree or disagree with me about this but in my opinion Lowe is a winger not a striker

the only competition Dykes has had in 2 or 3 seasons came in the form of a free transfer in Chris Martin who in my opinion is the better of the 2 players by far.

How do we actually know this is all down to Les Ferdinand? Does anyone have any proper Proof or everyone just guessing . In 8 years if this was all down to him and his loosing the owners money they would have sacked him years ago . You’re not in a job 8 years for no reason . I’m reading his getting involved with warbs or Beale did they tell you this ?

I know for a fact he scouted washington and bonne both paid off and diabolical failures. Washington was in red hot form when he signed jfh didn't play him from the off when he was bang in form got about 10 mins them two cost us roughly 4m and paid off that's enough for me to get the boot if a CF can't spot a CF

He's not to blame for everything that has gone wrong at this club, but he is the figure head of the footballing side of the board. He is supposed to be the one that makes or at least advises the board, he supposed to be the one that is the conduit between the coach, the scouts and the development squads. If he's not those things, then what is he?

I don't hate Les, i really think he's tried, but he's not worked out.

Would someone else do better? We won't know for some time. Can we afford someone worthy of the role, probably not, do we HAVE to stick with Les? Probably do.

We scored 24 goals in first 16 games. Beale was planning 4-3-3. Start of season, Willock, Chair, Roberts, Dykes, Armstrong for three positions.

Les signed players manager wanted.

What is it with you and Ferdinand ???
He has'nt done any good since being at this club , he persuaded the owners to not give any more money to spend and get rid of Rednapp in the Jan windowand appoint his mate Ramsey as manager. Therefore we lost our Premier league status and ended up getting a FFP fine from the EFL. Since then he has overseen us buy crap injury prone and useless players , while the club continue to lose money every week . Him and his BAME youth coaches have brought nothing through our youth system but you think he's done a lot of good .

Wtf you've lost your marbles. Thank fu CK he did get rid of Harry redchap. The bloke was destroying our club. We had the 4th highest wage bill in Europe and he was paying his old has beens a bloody fortune. Sir Les was the only one brave enough to get rid of him and get rid of the old fraudster. Fans wanting redchap to stay also were the same tw ATS that thought he should be England manager.

I remember Les saying something along the lines of qpr are in a mess and the wage bill needs to be cut to minimum and will take years to get us back ok this was after he took the DOF role when saggy chops left . The blame for me was to do with saggy chops and can’t think of the fella name now he was in hoos job before him . He was throwing out contracts like sweets and he got the tin tac
