  • Top 20 QPR players of my time

    Im trying to think of better times and these days are long long ago

    but here is a list of my top 20 players of all time

    1. Ray Wilkins
    2. David Bardsley
    3. Terry Fenwick
    4. Simon Barker
    5 Alan McDonald
    6 Les Ferdinand (was my number 1 but because of the debacle hes created during his tenure of DOF hes slipped down my list)
    7. Clive Wilson
    8. Kevin Gallen
    9 Charlie Austin
    10 Roy Wegerle
    11. Andy SInton
    12 Adel Taarabt
    13 Danny Shittu
    14 Darren Peacock
    15. Wayne Fereday

    Hard to argue with that list, Lee Cook or Trevor Sinclair instead of Barker and Feraday possibly.

          Loved Simon Barker never really took to Trevor Sinclair

          Lee Cook i can understand the love but didnt make my top 20 would definatley make my top 50 though

          too many other players to mention could make a top 100 with ease

            On the manager don t forget Jago - he set up for Sexton. - including bought Dave Thomas- our biggest fee at the time- 145K. it seemed like a gamble but what a bargain

              Good point I just think tactically sexton and venables were on another level

              Gerry just had a hard working limited side

                started supporting Rs mid 80s so lot of my favourites on those lists. Neil and Dawes good full backs. Goddard good player. Stainrod another one. Paul Parker fantastic player.

                            Im as fit as a 5'7" 55yr old weighing 17st can be.

                            Put me down for 15 minutes - it might be a hamstring injury that forces me to the treatment table for six weeks on full wages!!!
