NC walked into a sh#t show odds were always stacked against him. Same thing for the next management

No tears being shed by me, never from minute one thought this was a good appointment for the club, wish him well in whatever he does in the future, now comes the hard part, finding someone who will fit with the club, the team, and us fans, and as soon as possible , but with due consideration and no rushed decision

I never thought Critchley was a good appointment but was prepared to give him time , ultimately he had to go with such a poor record.
He was'nt helped by the club in January and i think whoever they appoint next is going to have a lot of the same problems , ie; no decent striker and a lot of injury prone prima donnas.
This club is so poorly run it is laughable and no decent proven manager is likely to come here and work under Ferdinand and have no money to buy his own players .
So in my opinion we will be taking a chance on whoever we get but hopefully he will be tactically aware to just get us organised and stop conceding soft goals because we are never going to score many , then maybe he can keep us in this league.

We need to bring someone in on an interim basis to get us 6 or 7 points which should see us to safety, at the end of the season massive evaluation from the top down needs to be undertaken, as much as I liked him as a player all things point to LF being in the middle of most of our problems!

I cant see Wycombe granting us permission to speak with him as theyre just outside the play offs. Unless he has a clause in his contract to allow this if a championship club wants him? Cant see us paying compensation either. Hes contracted to 2025.

I wonder if Samuel Aladiche would consider it till the end if the season. Wouldnt be cheap though?

As much as he is a club legend to many of us I am not sure he is the right fit at this time and he I'm sure is aware of our poor squad and probably isn't even in to taking the risk of failure, he has a good gig at Wycombe and would be wise to stay there!

Means nothing if the so called DOF Teflon Les & Hoos don’t follow him out of the door, Nothing changes until they’re
gone with him, it’ll be same old same old until they’re all gone, if I did my job as badly and failed as much as the DOF I’d have been sacked ages ago

Over inflated egos by their footballing abilities.
