I have to say he was brave to take the job with the squad we have and no real funds in the transfer window, now with Dykes out and most of the loans looking uninterested it is going to take Houdini to keep us up, is there money for bringing in another guy, paying NC off and hoping for a unlikely new manager bounce?@gatorTFC

It was telling tonight that Liard was subbed at HT. After his performance on Sat i suspect he was not following instructions. Unless hes another one fainting injury to get out of the firing line!!
But if there is a positive, i though Kakay brought more energy to RB and put in some decent crosses.
I think teams have realised that if you just run at our CBs they will eventually fold.

According to West London Sport , Critchley says he's the right man for the job.
Maybe he is but not with this group of players. We can't afford to give him till the end of the season because on form we will get relegated.
When he managed Blackpool he had a pretty poor squad of players but they all ran themselves into the ground and had a plan.
Our players just are'nt going to bust a gut , they play at a slow pace and build up and just are'nt fit enough to get up and down the pitch.

Exactly this. If we were allowed to sack players I'd be sacking them for not doing their job. It's not just a problem with NC it's the players who need calling out. Personally I would drop them all and play the b team on sat. We might even score a goal!

Am I right then we've got NC given 3 Yr deal and if we sack him tips us over ffp as we're up shite creek
We've got a playing squad with assets assets chair field dieng and willock who's values probably worth 10-12m ish but realistically we've gotta sign freebies and Les does the recruiting
Keeping critchley waste of time guys no idea and we're relying on kids coming through
I don't see us coming through this without relegation and a considerable time in L1

I'd keep Critchley, don't think we're going down, no chance of going up.
Not a popular view. I thought Mick Beale was perfect appointment, coached youth football at decent clubs, first appointment.
Critchley similar, long history coaching youth players at decent club, did well at Blackpool.
If we did change manager, I'd want another U23 coach from top club. Find hidden gem.
