Similar to Holloway he had success with Blackpool and got them promoted. They wasn't as exciting as the holloway blackpool that played some big premier league teams off the pitch but he definitely had them organised so this could be a decent appointment
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I listened to his first interview ,lots of "ermms" when he speaks ,sounds remarkably like someone who managed Derby last season

Embed from Getty Images Neil Critchley has been named as QPR’s new head coach following the departure of former boss Mick Beale. Interesting article and good to see he isn't afraid to change systems which could be key for us as the season progresses. Maybe a more understated personality is no bad thing. If he starts rambling on about Glasgow Rangers we may need to start worrying!

If we have brought in a coach who can stop the slide, I feel we should be satiesfied. How many points have we taken during our last few matches now? 1 out of 18?

Just saw his first interview, it's a copy and paste of nearly every manager/ coach ever appointed, saying the right things that most people want to hear, I will give him a go and judge him accordingly, but I'm not going to go overboard about him, but I wish him the best of luck

Arsene Wenger was hardly Mr Personality in interviews.
