I think it's too soon for him in the prem, hopefully he will stay and build on what he has done already, if he wants to be a prem boss, do it with us, just might take a couple of more seasons

I do like Mick Beale but pleaae remember that we were in a similar position to this last season until January, we were seriously threatening the automatic spots around Xmas so maybe give the players some credit and just maybe Mick Beale isn't the only reason we're currently doing well.

This is cohesive performances, convincing style, committed players. We've generally been very good in the last couple of months. The squad has a bit of depth and players that seemed ready to move on are like new signings again.
