If that is the case it doesn't justify the unprofessionalism our players have demonstrated over the past 3 months.
Nonsense. An army is only as good as it's leaders. Our club has had no leadership over the last few weeks/months and the result was clear to see. It is human nature and would have happened in any sport or industry. In my opinion it has nothing to do with unprofessionalism but everything to do with diabolical management. Footballers will always respond to stability and strong leadership. Like any employee really.

Totally agree.
To put it into real terms, how hard would your average man on the street work if he worked for a company where the MD sacked his manager every few months?
I am not at all suprised the players became disillusioned and unfortunately it is us fans that suffer.
Today it would appear that the change at the top has installed some enthusiasm and positivity into the squad, let's hope we can move on from here and put the Briatore era behind us.
Scott your quote is taken to be that KG is speaking on behalf of the squad, I pay £700 for a season ticket I can slate who I like.
This season has been nothing but a disappointment and the players have got off woith criticism lightly by comparison to the board IMO.
we dont agree a lot but i make u right.they are paid well to preform week in/out whoever is in charge or owns the club.Just makes the punters even more against them with comments like that.

Come on, footballers are just human beings regardless of how much they get paid. The fact is the environment at QPR this season has not been condusive to bringing the best out of the team!
I can understand where Leigh and Terry etc. are coming from. But this season has shown how poor management and dressing room upheaval has affected the players performance.
The selections, substitutions and tactics have been shambolic at times.Think this has had more of a bearing on our results than the players not giving 100%.
The word professional should say it all.just because the working enviroment is pants you should always be professional and want to acheive the highest standards in what you do.
