I actually get the whole style of football thing.
We have played some really great passing football since Warbs came in but we have also been totally impotent and made nightmarish mistakes.
Sir Warnock of Kernow has never been accused of playing pretty football but his teams have always played effective football, winning football.
For me winning football is the best.

Chairman Alan Pace: "Firstly, we would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Sean and his staff for their achievements at the club over the last decade.
“During his time at Turf Moor, Sean has been a credit both on and off the pitch, respected by players, staff, supporters, and the wider football community.
“However, results this season have been disappointing and, while this was an incredibly difficult decision, with eight crucial games of the campaign remaining, we feel a change is needed to give the squad the best possible chance of retaining its Premier League status.
Pace needs to sack himself. Muppet.

Staggered at this decision. He has performed miracles for years there. Really they should struggle to be a bang average Championship side. He has created a system where players of relatively limited ability can slot in and do a job.
Remember watching an interview with him a few years ago, very attuned and intelligent guy. Listening to his footballing philosophy could tell exactly how he had got Burnley to the Premiership and stayed in there. Think very few other managers could have done it.
I can honestly say I cannot remember being this surprised at a sacking. They were bound to come down at some point. Put simply they are miles off having the structure in place to be a Premiership side.
Would love him to come to us but that would be almost as big a surprise as his sacking!
At least it will make it easier to try and take some points off them next season.
