Warbs has got another year on his contract and I'd be disappointed not to see him in charge next season. There'd be a radically different squad next season.
This is all part of the process over the next few seasons.

If he goes than so be it, that's football and hes been with us three years. We must be paying Charlie good money so with this pitch duties coming less and less I'm sure hed step in for the remainder of the season. And perhaps next season with an experienced old timer to help him out.

Useless manager. What kind of plums support our club.
Very limited budget. Dreadful run of injuries to key players.
We be punching way above our station.
It's been a fair season but realistically even if we had managed to achieve promotion some how this season, next season would have been carnage.
Long term manager would mean stability and the chance to realisevgreater potential.
If we get rid, we become like every other failing club making ridiculous knee jerk responses...
Tell me what he's ever won then as manager , he's got us to 9th in league last year and probably be a lot lower this year.
He is clueless how to change it around when we are playing crap and losing games , all he does is change the players , hoping for better results. We've won loads of games this year when we've been lucky.
We haven't had a dreadful run of injuries , we've been unlucky with the goalkeepers , the wingbacks have been injured quite a bit but we signed ageing injury prone players.
We could have signed younger players from premier league clubs on loan and i don't mean Macallum from the bottom team in the premier league who does'nt even start because we've got Lee Wallace in front of him .
Theres a lot more smaller clubs with smaller budgets than us that are doing ok , it's about how you use that budget , we signed Gray on loan and are paying high wages for him probably and he's behind Dykes in the pecking order.
I really can't see why some of you fans are backing Warburton , when he clearly is not a very good manager but i suppose people see games differently and it's all about opinions.
Anyway , whoever is our next manager , lets hope he is able to take this club forward and doesn't keep signing old injury prone has beens.

My biggest complaint with MW is this past transfer window was dreadful, he gambled on not signing a goal scorer and at the end of the day that has cost us dearly in the latter part of the season, who knows what went on behind the scenes, who was available but MW took a gamble which hasn't paid off! This isn't the time to sack a manager IMHO, this past window notwithstanding he has done a good job of building a squad on a budget and that will be required going forward! I think those that criticize his tactics do have a legitimate beef but I also think the squad being thin and injuries have hampered how he wants to play, wingbacks and strikers have been the major issue! There could be a real good manager who comes in and takes us forward but odds are against that judging on our past, be careful what you wish for!@gatorTFC

We are doing ok. Sixth goalkeeper of the season, doesn't create stability.
injuries and unavailability of key players, dieng, chair, willock, dykes, field.
we do not have knowledge of what he was allowed to do in January transfer window, more likely Les and Lee did not sanction any further signings but you place all the blame on Warburton.
we are doing well
we are competitive, and won many games in last few minutes, says something about the spirit.
Until six weeks ago, nearly everyone else was saying we are heading down the right path.
if Warburton goes know, it's start all over again comp.ete change philosophy, 15 in 15 out because that's what happens with new managers.
The club needs stability - it has it currently.
It's been disappointing last few games but even still we only three points off sixth.
Who is coming in at short notice to take over and turn thi gs around with players unfamiliar to him, right now.
Give us your chosen one instead of Warburton. Who is your number one choice and exp.ain why it is needed right now.

I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

The budget is bottom half at best.
Warburton along with the ex Arsenal coach's contacts have picked us up very good players very cheaply.
We have then developed them something we haven't seen for years at QPR.
Be careful what you wish for

Whilst clearly not a useless manager, he is stubborn, often tactically outsmarted and yes, often one dimensional. There is very little that changes from game to game even when we are struggling. Take the last 2 games as an example. When we were trailing and screaming out to attack to get back into the game what he did from the bench was baffling. We never tested either keeper in the 2nd half of either game.
As for a low budget - look at the budget of Luton.
Warburton was given the chance to improve his attack but opted not to
even though Austin has struggled as a lone striker, Dykes has often been unavailable and Gray also struggled as a lone striker.
Clearly playing 1 striker is not the answer with our strikers as Dykes was dreadful in the first half of last season too.

It's frustrating warbs doesn't know his best team , it's frustrating he continues to play with wing backs when the quality isn't there ( final ball is rubbish) . It's frustrating he never got a striker In with pace ... Fulham had 2 Liverpool loanees playing yesterday , why aren't we getting these type of loans . Teams have worked us out , so why haven't we worked teams out . The forest game they put it on willock early doors as they knew he was our playmaker , why didn't Spence or Johnson get the same treatment .Our manager is like our team ..too nice . I'd give him to the end of the season personally as not enough games or time to make a charge for the play offs . Why the bloke hasn't been able to adapt mid game is beyond me . Why he has persisted with Johansen is beyond me. Why I have to watch that effing tippy tappy at the back is beyond me .

You've been extremely loyal to Warburton throughout so it's interesting to see that loyalty now wavering bus. I think you're right regarding his style of play in general. He seems very stuck in his way even when things are clearly not working. Surely he needs to know from his time working as a trader that sometimes you need to cut your losses and make a difficult decision. Seems odd he doesn't translate that bit into his managerial styleI played sunday league football today.

I really dont buy the "Budget " excuse as a reason why we do good or like now on he bad run. It is the combination of manager - his ideas and tactics with the player he has at any one point and how he utilises their skills and experience. I just dont think he made us play as a "team" with those he inherited or gained.
