His biggest mistake was this past transfer window, it was nothing short of a disaster, add to that the loans that we signed permanent from last season and you see why this just hasn't worked out, I think the January loans not only were for the wrong positions but disrupted the team! MW had us playing some of the best football we have seen in years then it all went so wrong and that is why I am sure he will be moving on! Hopefully the board have a short list of candidates to take over, it will definitely be worth waiting until the off season for the hire as there will be more available!

The January transfer window was messed up cos he was trying to get a playmaker in to service our strikers but other clubs had a bigger wedge so we ended up with Hendricky ?
That's why he turned down the chance of another striker cos it would have made no difference.
Yeah let's sack him for not throwing a hissy at the board for not getting his playmakers in.
He knew if we lose Willock or Chair we would have no one to take their place.
So not all MW's fault.

Strange that nearly all the clubs going for the play offs strengthened to make a push for the playoffs by signing players who would add to what they had already. The best we could get was hendrick. A player we didn't need. So we basically wasted a spot for a loan player. Money paying this lad who is no better than what we have. Also stuck 2 fingers up at the likes of ball and dozzell by basically saying thanks lads, Jeff will take it from here. The club tried to get Lawrence and paterson on the cheap and were told to f.o.
Could have got paterson for 500k. We only wanted to go up to 250k. So we missed out and now our back up to chair is George Thomas. Reap what you sow.

Bournemouth got him and he's already scored a couple for them after coming on as sub , he would probably had a better chance of starting for us and it might have swayed him to come.
We were apparrantly interested in him the last few windows and he always done well against us . The whole January transfer window was a balls up.

We threw away our promotion challenge as we threw away our Premiership place in 2015. Same old song with QPR. Maybe next season will be better.

But if we did and he chose Bournemouth who can blame him and we can’t blame QPR either.

I feel pretty sure it'd cost us more to sack Warburton today than it would to just simply let him go at end of his contract in several weeks, it's the way compensation is worked out when an employer seeks to terminate/end a fixed term contract early. Obviously this assumes the employee will be fighting back, if both parties agree to part ways under mutually agreed ad hoc arrangements then that's a different matter.... I personally can't see Warburton doing anything other than clinging on until bitter end.
