Warburtn is a very good coach. What he doesnt have is a very good team of players, and has had very little money to spend.

His system and tactics have given us 12 months of great results, till January.

Ive yet to hear anyone blame the players. There have been some poor performances and attitudes. Im surprised at Charlie; he hs been the smae since he sat in the stand. He’s gone very quiet off the pitch too.

Ill wager with anyone; be patient. We need to build over a couple of seasons to have the depth for the Premiership. Sadly, Brentford are the model. It took them over 4-5 yers to get there.
Can't agree he's a good coach. His ideas may be good but they aren't translated onto the pitch. George Thomas and Sam field as wing backs!!! Give me strength! He's been backed in the transfer market. Every player he wanted he got. The only reason we don't sign other decent players is according to manger that they are bad eggs or wouldn't fit in with our dressing room. He wanted the squad he currently has. Now he's decided to throw out people like ball and now barbet because he thinks he's a great tactician! He's panicking big time and the performances prove that.

You obviously don't visit all the threads on a regular basis then, there have been multiple posts blaming most of the players, everybody barring Chris Willock and Jimmy Dunne has had plenty of pelters from folk on here, main targets have been Steff, and Charlie, but latterly Hendrick, so , certainly the voices on here have definitely blamed the players

I should have added Luke Amos to the pelter exemption list, he has done well, when he has played, I think most would agree with that

Keep it simple 442. Steady the ship. Disagree with Hope and faith. A good coach would not have kept to the same formation when the team dipped like it has due to a number of factors e g injuries, new signings that needed time to get on board with the way the team was set up but as important players losing form and confidence..
