I don't think ground sharing would be an option and I cant see them having access to dirty money now to launder it though the building a new stadium.
Their budget will be serevely slashed next season without Abram proping them up. Seeing them in the lower half of the premiership will be nice to see.

I sense it could well come back on the agenda for us now given the real chance that Abramovich assets could be frozen and possibly seized and the 1.5bn debt that could be owned.

They will have to look at other areas, even selling the ground may well happen, which is where we come in.
Chelsea could very well have to move elsewhere if worse comes to the worse to save money, perhaps the option of Wembley may well come back on the agenda for them.

They will have to, but im not sure selling players alone will be enough to cover the debt.

As an oligarch is the money actually RA's or is he "looking after it" for the real owner - Putin.
Some say the oligarchs are just Putin's bankers.

The idea that suddenly Chelsea will be bankrupt doesn't make a lot of sense and they have a number of very good players that they could sell each season to cover any losses. Their fans suddenly stop going to games and they could still qualify for the lucrative Champions League.
even after selling a few players.
I think the main problem they could face is a backlash from a big fan base in places like Asia and even some British and European fans who began supporting them during the current era.
