SSN reports he wants 3 billion quid.
Govt should just seize it and close the whole thing down

He has apparently rejected a bid of £2.5bln for the club, but wants £3bln. You can afford to write off £1.5bln of loans when you want £3bln for your shares. It said the net amount will go to the war fund. It will be interesting to see what is deducted and if anything goes into his pockets.

I bet he's done a deal with the Govt that in exchange his remaining wealth through his UK company wont be touched in an asset freeze. Bet he still ends up keeping a huge chunk of his wealth by also acting as a negotiator with Putin.

Absolutely - his pockets will remain very full

Govt should put the £3bln towards our gas and electricity bills!

As we know expanding Stamford Bridge is problematic cause of the train lines behind it and cladding it over would be massively costly.

Wembley sits empty most of the year and the FA might be keen to sell it to another club to raise much needed money for grassroots football, I wouldn't shock me if Chelsea end up buying Wembley off the FA and in return we buy Stamford Bridge and we completely rebuild it into a 30,000 seater stadium.

Its a tad far fetched, but you never know.
                Rebuild a 42,000 capacity stadium into a 30,000 one - why?

And why go to Stamford Bridge?, I certainly do not want to.

I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.
