Depending on the new gaffer, wouldnt surprise me if we actually employed a new, separate DOF as it goes.
Some "ambassador". Italian spiv, and proven liar in a court of law. His position is untenable and he has to go sooner rather than later.

Probabaly becasue imo, he's had conficting interests, ie singing players from certain agengt or whatever, where he may have a vested interest to do so or recompence.....

Regardless of that, he knows what he's doing when it comes to negotiations so why not use that, but just tell him who to negotiate for rather than him telling the owner and then the manager getting lumbered.

My main concern still is how much The Mittals have increased their stake too. Hope its not a PR stunt to get everyone on side.

I know that Egham hoop has said 60% owned, but the club need to come and say so, this "increase stake" could be anything.

I am sure lessons have been learn't and we will see an English manager in charge, solely responsible. Might (just might) see a Sporting Director come into the club, but that would be to oversee the intricate parts of transfers. GP's future I think will be decided in the summer, he might decide to move on or stay for another year. I believe he is 64 or 65??, so whilst I get accused of defending the man all the time, would not surprise me if he leaves at end of season.

This is a fresh start, just hope the club clarify exactly how the shares are divided, as that aspect is incredibly important

Thats the thing we need to know !!

DaveMc, made the point first and he is totally right.

The official says "in the meantime the Mittals have increased their stake". maybe, thats still be sorted and ongoing?? The league table dictates, that they have to annouce it now??

Its a big step Flavio stepping down, just need to know where the others stand officially on the share issue.

Because if you are simply shuffling the cards, than thats not great.

I have no idea on the legal issues but cant the minority shareholders demand to know who the major shareholder/owner now is?

I would have thought there was a legal requirement for them to release this information.
