Our current form of re-results is worrying. One draw and three defeats are relegation form. My biggest concern is not the overall play ... we did create a lot of chances, bar the WBA defeat. It's the consistent way of conceding goals, especially from individual errors that hurt the most. Personally, I will scrap the three at the back system. It is very risky and we may not have the right players to play the role. I mean, all our central defenders are slow and that very much put them in the opponent plans! I will revert to four at the back. Will move Dickie to play as a defensive midfielder along with Ball, giving Johannsen to move forward more often. The attacking three will be made up of the usual Willock and Chair, and one of the strikers. We must improve our defence, otherwise, we will continue to drop even further!
