If they 'agree' it there shouldn't be an option for appealing it .

I thought there were 5 charges against Derby. Is this the fine for all of them together or only one?

Derby have deliberately tried to circumvent the rules set out to all clubs as a condition to be part of the league.
They have lied and cooked their books to try and gain an unfair advantage.
They should be relegated and WWFC should never have been.
Maybe the other lge clubs should sue the EFL.

What were we done for again?
          Over spending?

Didn't it come to a head when we bought our way out of the Championship and escaped the rule by being in the Prem,. And then got relegated and fell into the FL's clutches?

Exactly, had we stayed up we’d have avoided it , probably a blessing in disguise as we would still be doing the same thing now.

See the thing is we were prem under Hughes, so EFL had no right to do us for that imo.
Our EFL " misdemeanor" was getting a good legal team to thwart them.
As I say Derby deliberately broke the rules and get bugger all of punishment in comparison.
We really should sue the #######s for the double standards and destroying our club for years preventing us from being run fairly.
Boy we must've pissed them off by not going down after that

Wolves broke the FFP rules big time when they overspent and got ptomoted. As they have managed to stay up, outside the jurisdiction of EFL, they have never been punished. I think it is ridiciolous that EPL and EFL cannot cooperate on the rules and the sanctions. Reading and Derby gambled and tried to do «a Wolves» without success. If the two leagues could cooperate, Wolves would be punished by EPL and if the penalty was tough enough, like a relegation, it would have stopped other teams as Derby and Reading from trying the same. I cannot understand there is not more focus on this flaw in the system, as a change would really address it.
