Our defence fell apart very quickly here, 2 nice finishes but poor defendinding contributed, there may be more to come!

Subs have killed us , Dunne got bullied to easy for the first goal and Thomas looks shot of confidence already but it’s pre season and players need game time .

It looked like both Dickie and Dieng hesitated leading to the penalty, it's a friendly and you have to be pleased overall with our play vs EPL competition but I thought all 3 of their goals were preventable!

Score line doesn’t reflect our performance there , a couple of individual errors cost us and considering the quality opposition you will get punished.

Great workout all round and excellent performance. If I were to be slightly critical I’d rather Willock released a final pass quicker. Often there’s an obvious ball on but he delays too long and makes it harder for himself or runs in to trouble and fails to release the ball at all.

In a way I’m glad we didn’t win as if we had there’d be a chance some complacency could set in going into the Millwall game. Can’t wait for the season to start as we look very forward focused but also solid (defensive changes unsettled the back line today) and they all look very fit and happy to receive the ball in any situation and have the technical ability to move it quickly and string some great passing moves together. I think we will absolutely blow some teams away this season.

Good point about complacency after the pre season we’ve had , Millwall will be a completely different proposition from today .

Great exhibition today of one touch football which understandably the team could not sustain against a top 6 prem side once we made our subs.

The defence looked very solid for the most part but seemed susceptible to the long straight pass down the centre.

Good to see Lee Wallace put in such a strong performance,he’s a worthy captain.
