QPR defender Jordy de Wijs has returned to training following a recent injury.

De Wijs missed a pre-season game against Portsmouth last week after picking up a knock.

The Dutchman has been passed fit to return to action and is expected to feature in Saturday’s friendly against Manchester United.

So too is Moses Odubajo, who is set to join the club after impressing while on trial.

Odubajo, 27, played under R’s boss Mark Warburton at Brentford and is a free agent after being released by Sheffield Wednesday.

Earlier this week, the squad left their Carrington basecamp for a pre-season camp in Surrey, welcoming Scott McTominay and Daniel James back to the squad after their involvement in this summer’s European Championship.

“It’s fantastic to be here,” Solskjaer told ManUtd.com on arrival in Surrey. “The facilities are great and we’re together, that’s the main thing for that bonding. That's a strong starting line-up and will provide a very good test for QPR, especially the 1st half. Who knows what is likely to happen in the 2nd half when substitutions from both sides will see the game start to look a bit disjointed.
