Maybe I was a bit harsh calling him washed up, but talk of signing players like him gives me flashbacks to Shaun Wright-Phillips, Andy Johnson, Rio Ferdinand, Jermain Jenas, Kieron Dyer etc.

Out of all the players you could of referred too I thought Jermaine Jenas was absolutely brilliant for us so extremely odd why you included him?

I liked Jenas too and seemed to have a decent attitude

I get Busrider's point. We've had our trousers pulled down by many "mature" players down the years. JJ was a good lad though, I think Andros is a decent chap too - I'd be surprised if he ever ended up just milking a contract and stealing a living, reckon he'd apply himself wholeheartedly in his playing career wherever he ends up.
