I've noticed there are some ropey pitches popping up now too. Didn't have the normal May-Aug break and the relentless 2 games per week is definitely taking its toll. Will get quite a few strange bounces and bobbles at some grounds - a leveller or random factor to throw up some quirky results. I must say that the KPF pitch looks okay so far though.
Perhaps a lot of clubs didnt change the surface before the season started as a cost saving. I think I saw the Hull ground on the EFL show and it looked poor, but dont they share with a rugby team too?
