    Welcome back

  • #2
May as well have him for squad although not done much at Charlton. Had a little run of good games when he pushed into the first team but then faded.

He doesn't seem to have done much there, but perhaps he can do a job at QPR where his pace would come in handy for what is looking like a very slow attack.

Or perhaps they have recalled him to Smyth to send him elsewhere.

Most Charlton fans happy he’s gone, don’t think he’ll ever make it here. Better for his career to move on permanently else where maybe lower league 1

Peterborough wanted him and he went to Wycombe. he had half decent game v them last Tuesday, tbh he looks better than what ive seen of kelman who I don't thinks ready for this league. id do a deal with Posh for Dembele and Smyth going other way. he's bullet fast and scores goals

Smyth is contracted until summer this year, so we won't get anything for him, and even of he had a longer contract I don't think he would command a transfer fee. He is probably not on high salaries, but higher than League 1/2 clubs can afford, so if we wanted to "sell" him we had to pay the receiving club to take him. The best we can hope is that he will go out on loan again and we can recoup £1.000-1.500 per week of salaries.

I wish him the best of luck where ever he ends up. He looked a great prospect when he made his debut under Holloway, but sometime things don't work out. His injuries surely didn't help him. I think he can go on to have a decent careeer in league 2 or lower league 1. I wish you best of luck, Paul, in case you read this! Thanks a lot for the goals you made!

Replacement signing for BOS in this transfer window? Nothing would surprise me if Kane, Haameleinen and Cameron can start every game still!

Cameron done ok since dropping into back 3 and we've looked more solid, regards Kane ive made my feelings clear he's f kin hopeless and if on 9k we should be ashamed. Niko has no idea how to defend play a ball in between CB and him he's lost as to how to cover. some of what they lack is coached and as ive said before if you can't cross a football thats a basic skill no coach should have to teach if you did keep ups with Kane id be amazed if he got to three.

Give him a few games ffs, the lad hasn't had anything under the managers since Ollow.
