I’m not quite sure if you meant to respond to my post, because I never said anything positive about the attack.

Sorry was being sarcastic there’s nothing positive about our attack your right. There’s no support for Dykes midfield don’t run past to create space just all infront of there midfield

All these people wanting change need to be careful what you get you only have to look at Arsenal where they are now.
Fans wanting change because they thought they could get someone better.
We have to see this out until we get better players and that could take 2 or 3 years to achieve.

            And the alternative?
He plays one way, if he were to mix it then all good.
But we have two strikers that haven't even trained together, that's shockingly bad beyond belief

He is nothing but a troll sheep, 30 posts in 11 yrs?
Someone who has been kicked off the site and back under an alias, or just a Brentford boy.
Fed up with this moron being allowed to stay after just coming straight in with insults.
Obvious he isn't the shy type his posting history suggests

Don't know his background but any troll will thrive on the reaction. Best way to 'win' is to ignore the poster. I know that's hard, but.......

I think it's extraordinary that some on here can't see the progress that's been made in terms of passing, movement and defending. Yeah we don't have anyone as good as Wells (or even Hughill) up front and that's simply because we have the third smallest budget in this league and massive overhalls don't come together that quickly.

Hoping for miracles is one thing, throwing a fit and screaming because they don't happen is quite another. It's a point I've made before, but my other half reckons Loftus Rd has the most negative fans she's ever come across and, reading a lot of the above, it would be hard to argue with her. Warnock was a one-off who lured the spine of a very good Palace side to follow him over to a place where they were lighting cigars with ten pound notes.

In the last decade, outside of that one season, when have we ever done enough to warrant having a sense of entitlement to instant success? Bobby Z robbing Derby as part of an abysmal team run by Redknapp? The fans who wanted Warnock sacked seem to be the same people who whine endlessly about why we didn't reappoint him. They always have a great new manager to bring in and, when he does arrive, he's usually just as #### as the last one. Ferdinand et al are trying to build a sustainable structure on a bloody shoestring and, for the long-term good, I think we have to be better at sucking it up, tightening our belts and being patient. Ask any Burnley fan.
              Brilliant post!

We have kept changing managers all the time - its 13 in 13 years. This panic-strategy has clearly not worked. Can those that advocate sticking to this strategy by routinely firing managers that go through a rough period explain why it will deliver different results this time? I suggest we break away from a panic-strategy that has clearly not worked and stick with Warburton.

The average tenure of a manager in the professional game in England has dropped to just 1.23 years - with the Championship the hardest league in which to keep your job.

So, just about the average then.

I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

Let’s all bare in mind what the squad has lost from last season . Rangel , Hall , Manning, Amos , Eze , Hugil , Wells .All these players have been replaced with youngsters or players that have no experience at this level . If anyone thought we were going to kick on straight away this season , they are deluded.

No doubt we have some deluded fans as do all clubs, the point a lot of our fans are making is that it is glaringly obvious some games but not all I must add warrant a slightly different approach tactics wise.

Totally agree on that point buts let’s not forget the calibre of player that has left the club and the calibre of player that has replaced them .
